1 Who we are
Esolia Proyectos S.L. is a solar energy company based in Madrid (Calle Hermosilla 48, 28001). We specialise in residential photovoltaic installations across the entire Community of Madrid — from Boadilla del Monte and Las Rozas to Alcalá de Henares and Rivas-Vaciamadrid.
We work exclusively with our own installation team. No subcontractors, ever. The same technicians who design your system are the ones who install it. This means accountability, consistency, and a single point of contact throughout the entire process.
We understand that navigating the Spanish bureaucracy for solar installations can be challenging if you are not a native speaker. At Esolia we can handle the full process in English: initial consultation and quote, technical proposal, installation day, and all the administrative paperwork with the Community of Madrid and your electricity distributor.

We only install Tier 1 equipment. No budget or generic brands:

We visit your home, assess your roof and energy consumption, and provide a detailed written quote within 24 hours. No obligation.
System design & approval
We design the optimal system for your consumption. You review and approve before anything is ordered.
Installation day
Our own team installs everything in a single working day: panels, inverter, battery and charger if included. We leave everything clean and working.
Legal paperwork
We handle all the Spanish bureaucracy: Electrical Installation Certificate (CIE), self-consumption contract with the grid operator, IBI and ICIO tax deductions, and IRPF deduction under Royal Decree-Law 7/2026.
After-sales support
We remain available after installation. Remote monitoring via Solarman app, technical support and warranty management.
4 Tax deductions & subsidies in Madrid (2026)
As a foreign resident in Spain, you can access the same fiscal benefits as Spanish citizens:
